Return Policy
At COURONNE NOIRE, we strive to provide quality products and reliable service. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In their original condition and packaging
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, tampered, or heavily handled products cannot be returned.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Hair care products
- Wigs
- Hair extensions
- Braiding hair
- Beauty and personal care items
COURONNE NOIRE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are non-refundable:
- Local delivery fees
- Shipping fees
- Original shipping costs associated with the order
These charges cover transportation and fulfillment services already completed.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from eligible returns.
The restocking fee helps cover:
- Payment processing fees
- Handling and inspection
- Inventory processing
- Repackaging and administrative costs
The restocking fee does not apply if the return is due to an error caused by COURONNE NOIRE.
Return Shipping & Return Drop-Offs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Local customers in the Montréal area may arrange a return drop-off by contacting us in advance.
COURONNE NOIRE does not currently offer free return pickups.
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items arrive safely. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for mailed returns.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If you receive:
- The wrong item
- A damaged item
- A defective product
please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by COURONNE NOIRE:
- Return shipping costs will be waived
- The 20% restocking fee will not apply
- A replacement, store credit, or refund may be issued at our discretion
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Products marked non-returnable
- Items returned without prior authorization
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Refund amounts will exclude:
- Delivery/shipping fees
- Applicable restocking fees
