4. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order by COURONNE NOIRE.

We reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory errors, obvious pricing errors, or circumstances preventing us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and delivery information.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed, provided the order has not already been fulfilled or dispatched.

After the 1-hour cancellation window, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled.

If an order has already been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. Our Return and Refund Policy will apply where applicable.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@couronnenoire.com and include your order number.

6. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

7. Local Delivery

COURONNE NOIRE currently provides local delivery within eligible service areas.

Delivery availability, fees, minimum order requirements, and other applicable conditions may depend on the customer's delivery address or distance from our location.

The delivery options and applicable charges presented at checkout will apply to the order.

Eligible orders placed before our daily cut-off may qualify for same-day delivery. Same-day delivery remains subject to service area, product availability, order eligibility, delivery capacity, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, restocking fees, non-returnable items, damaged or defective products, and related matters are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers should review the Return and Refund Policy before completing a purchase.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return and Refund Policy limits rights available to consumers under applicable law.

9. Promotions, Discounts and Store Credit
